I received good news.  A church in South Carolina is implementing Compassion’s Calling in their ministry.  The needs are great and opportunities abound.  They are entering into a ministry that is truly anointed of God.  Pray for them.

 The Lord has opened a door for me to attend a conference at The Billy Graham Training Center in North Carolina July 10-12.  I am looking for opportunities to share with as many as possible about Compassion’s Calling while there.

Here are some tips for comforters, with more to come:

• Be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to react to words and feelings that may appear “unchristian”.

• Do not try to explain everything.

• Words often fail, so express yourself through a loving hug, a handshake, even a simple touch.  Just being there is ministry.

Pray for me when the Lord brings me to mind (Colossians 4:3-4).
