I am thanking the Lord for providing the funds to purchase resources for a small struggling church.  They now have some essential tools to assist them in reaching out to hurting people.  My heart's desire is to give churches the basic tools to get them started implementing the principles of Compassion's Calling.  I guess you could say it is like priming a well.  You give the well enough water to get it started, then it will take care of itself.  Join me in asking the Lord to provide the funds to make that possible.  I do appreciate your prayers pertaining to this as well as other things (Isaiah 58:11).

 

I am asking prayer for a family whose father died.  He was 40 years old and leaves behind three children.  This family has been near and dear to my heart for years.  

 

On another note, I was encouraged to share a unique Easter message delivered by Pontius Pilate that I recorded about two years ago.  It is posted on FaceBook and YouTube Darwin Vail, Why Not Now.  On the first day it was shown, I received a text from a college student saying she watched it and gave her heart to the Lord.  AMEN!
