The chorus comes to mind that says “Do Right Till the Stars Fall, Do Right”.  Sometimes we wonder when we don’t hear anything if what we’ve done had any impact.  In the end it makes no difference, you just do right because it is the right thing to do.  One day you may get a response such as I did which is always encouraging.

Saying ‘hi’, hope all is well for you and the Mrs.  Received Book Four, today,

Rebuilding & Remembering.  Saying thanks for your compassion.

Totally miss my husband, Charles.  Has been a bit more than a year, however,

accept the fact he is no longer suffering from his illness and that calms my heart.

Doing better since his loss, but tear up when memories/his name is mentioned.

So difficult after nearly 52 years of marriage.

Again, thanks for your books and compassion.

Janet and I will be going to Illinois for my brother’s wedding and to speak at the Allenville Christian Church while there.  When we return I will be sharing Compassion’s Calling at Faith Baptist Church in Newcastle.  Be praying for them and their pastor, David O’Donnell.  Later I am scheduled to speak at South Paris Baptist Church.

In August I will have the opportunity to conduct a funeral service where several people in the community will be present.

Please pray in every situation I will speak as I ought, and ask God for His love, leading, and liberty.

From my heart,

Pastor Vail

You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
